In 1994, Jorge Marquez started working in the cabling industry with the purpose of one day owning his
own company. Slowly he started saving money and in 1998 he made his first investment of purchasing a
couple of tools and did his first job for $200, which he invested to purchase more tools. He continued
working with different contractors and started making a name for himself, as a hard worker, honest, and
reliable contractor.

In 2018, his vision to start his own company alongside with his son Bryan Marquez started to come
together. In 2019, J & B Communications LLC was established, they started with 3 independent
contractors, one truck, one trailer, one missile, and a ladder. In 2021, the company invested in 5 more
vehicles, a bucket truck, and more tools such as drills, missiles, and concrete cutter. J & B
communications grew and hired 25 independent contractors. Now, the company continues growing and
giving equal opportunity to all our independents contractors to grow alongside with us.
